The stay here was great as always, and the terrace was the highlight of it all.

I like the location near Publix and Bal Harbour mall and Aventura. The place was very spacious and confortable, i like the fact that we had a whole kitchen available.Personel was nice and willing to help. Near the beach that was awesome!!!!! Parking and Breakfast
I didnt not like the noise on Sat Sun day and night !!! I was the oppposite of the bigger pool and they were having a party their music was very to loud and people talked loud unitl 12am they took over the area with their music, loudiness and bbq pit didnt look like I was in a hotel. smoking near my door not good should being 15 feet ... the window is face the hallway at the first floor we cant open the shades or everyone will see inside of your room> You need to put those shade that is clear inside and people cant see from outside to give us a little more privacy and paying for parking $20 a day is a bit expensive if you stay more than a 2days other places charged $10 a day ????

Room were comfortable , clean , some of front office people were very nice!
Limited parking spaces , beach kind of dirty(sea weeds) , not enough lounge chairs at beach side , breakfasts area very unorganized, tv's at my room were very old and cable reception was poor !!!!

It was quiet and clean but very outdated and needs total renovation - however I know it will soon be a condo anyway. Excellent desk service and pretty good breakfast.
Very outdated - pool could have been more heated.

Good location, great beach. Central enough with also good public transportation possibilities. Good for relaxing vacation. Nice staff and good service.
Breakfast was pretty simple and the breakfast room was very ordinary.

The oceanfront concept is the best of the hotel but pool, corridors , parking lote are very poor. It really needs to be updated. After this we stayed in the BW Kay West near the airport and in Miami Doral BW wich are much better for much less price . Other thing, when I made the booking throw Booked.net I was said that the Credit card was for boking not for charging inmediatelly. Also the promotion of a night free when you have 3 different stays in different hotels wasnot given finally beacause we are not citizens as my husband was informed.

Nothing at all!!!!!!! It was infested with roaches of all sizes!!!!! The A/C was not working!!!!
The vacation was a disaster because of this roach hotel.....I kept complaining of A/C not working probably due to temperature being 76 degree and lowering to to minimum capacity 70 degree. Then woke up to give my baby bottle of milk at 130 am and kitchen was infested with roaches. When informed front desk he stated calmly of having it fumigated, as if aware of infestation!!!!

Staff were very considerate and helpful.......Rooms very dated....but clean..... This Hotel is expensive for one person....No single rooms.....Gap under doors allowed Creepy ,Crawlies to come in ? Water Bats.....frightening for me. Breakfast very disappointing....... tables not cleaned after Guests........Breakfast area very crowded when raining.....very unsophisticated......set up.....entrance door to Breakfast Area has a door that has a severe ,oversprung hinge ,that needs all ones strength to open.....not friendly for a Guest to open and carry a drink..... I am surprised that no one on Managment have considered a more Guest Friendly Door..... absolutely inconsiderate of Managment to not consider their Guests needs....also Cleanliness of Breakfast Tables left a lot to be desired......... Hotel now Sold......

Direct access to the beach.
Had to carry the luggage up the stairs to the second floor since some of the buildings have no elevator

It is well located.
There were ants on the shelves and cockroaches at the stairs. The breackfast was served too early ( from 6:30 to 9:30), considering you are on vacations. The breakfast area was too small.
